Hearn threatens to sue White over Joshua, Fury fight

Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has threatened to sue Zuffa Boxing boss Dana White over claims that White had the rights to stage the Anthony Joshua versus Tyson Fury fight. Hearn accused White of falsely claiming promotional rights and using Joshua to broker a venue deal he had no authority over. The ongoing feud between Hearn and White has been fueled by White's entry into boxing promotion with Zuffa Boxing, leading to Hearn managing several high-profile mixed martial arts fighters.

Recently, the conflict centered around the planned Fury-Joshua superfight, with White claiming promotional rights, a claim Hearn disputes. Hearn stated that promotional outfit TKO had approached him with interest in the event, but would only consider involvement if it benefited Joshua and his fighters. Both camps had signed for the fight, but Team Fury now wants contract changes that Joshua's side had already agreed to.

White dismissed Hearn's claims, stating he had stopped listening to Hearn months ago and questioning Joshua and Fury's commitment to the fight.
