CNN is obsessed with Natalie Harp, shamefully interviews brother

A recent surge on social media has claimed that Donald Trump aide Natalie Harp has "hybristophilia," a condition characterized by an attraction to individuals known for committing serious crimes. This assertion emerged following the publication of two personal letters purportedly written by Harp to the president. However, the claim lacks any substantiated evidence and cannot be verified.

The Daily Beast reported on the letters, which surfaced after being obtained by author Michael Wolff during his work on a book about Trump’s 2024 campaign. The letters, written during or shortly after Trump’s 2023 trip to Scotland and Ireland, reveal an unusually intimate dynamic between Harp and the president. Harp expressed her desire for their relationship to remain positive, described Trump as her "Guardian and Protector," and lamented the lack of personal conversations beyond work-related topics.

One letter in particular highlighted Harp's admiration, referring to Trump as her "Guardian and Protector in this life."

Despite the letters' intimate nature, there is no credible evidence that Harp has "hybristophilia." Moreover, the claim hasn't been substantiated by medical records or any official statements. The letters did, however, draw attention to the unusual closeness of Harp's role in the Trump administration, where she served as an executive assistant and special assistant.

Her responsibilities included handling Trump's Truth Social posts, supplying him with printed material, and, controversially, acting as a conduit for foreign leaders unable to reach the president directly.

The White House has defended Harp, maintaining that she holds a security clearance and is a dedicated member of Trump's team. Nevertheless, the viral "hybristophilia" claim remains unsubstantiated, providing new insight into Harp's relationship with Trump but not establishing any diagnosable condition.
