A 79-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of pickpocketing at a ticket vending machine at Tokyo Station. The man allegedly took a wallet that had been left behind at the machine. When questioned, he told police that he had been having financial difficulties. The wallet contained 130,000 yen in cash and a prepaid IC card. The elderly man was caught on a security camera and was arrested at his home in Tokyo's Taito-ku ward.
