The Corrs cancel Abu Dhabi concert: 'We hope to see you again soon'

The Corrs have cancelled their planned concert in Abu Dhabi, scheduled for September 27 at the Etihad Arena. The band made the announcement on social media, explaining that unforeseen circumstances beyond their control led to the cancellation. Christina Aguilera's show at the same venue the previous day, September 25, was also called off.

The Irish pop-rock group had been due to perform as part of their 2026 tour. Fans who purchased tickets will receive refunds. No replacement date has been announced for The Corrs' performance. The group, consisting of Andrea, Sharon, Caroline, and Jim Corr, are known for their unique blend of pop-rock and Celtic influences, as well as popular hits such as "Breathless," "Runaway," "What Can I Do," and "Dreams."

This cancellation follows the cancellation of Christina Aguilera's concert, which had been rescheduled from April to September due to regional conflict disruptions. Additionally, the Offlimits Festival, set to take place at Etihad Park on Yas Island on November 21, had been cancelled as well. The organizers have hinted that the festival might return in 2027.
