Punjab to Establish More Eminence and Daanish Schools

Punjab’s Education Minister, Rana Sikandar Hayat, has announced plans to establish additional Schools of Eminence and Daanish Schools in Maryam Nawaz’s constituency. During his visit to the Nawaz Sharif School of Eminence at Nishtar Park, Hayat personally inspected the school’s state-of-the-art facilities, modern infrastructure, laboratories, and other amenities.

He emphasized that the Punjab government is investing public funds wisely, enhancing educational quality. The Schools of Eminence set a new benchmark for educational infrastructure, encouraging private schools to adopt similar standards. No private institution matches the laboratories and infrastructure found in these government schools, Hayat claims.

In response to criticism, the minister challenges opponents to propose an educational project matching the level of these Schools. Access to Schools of Eminence is a civil right for every child, according to Hayat, and the government is committed to ensuring this through the public education system. The minister also stated that the aim is to elevate the overall quality of education in public schools by providing students with modern facilities and improved educational resources.
