Dear attendees of the Cosmic Origins Community Workshop, we kindly inform you about several updates to help you navigate the event more smoothly.
Firstly, to accommodate in-person registrants, overflow spaces have been set up for additional viewing of the plenary sessions. If your plans have changed, please consider switching to virtual registration.
Webinar registration is required for remote attendees. Even if you have registered for virtual attendance, you must register for the Plenary talks to receive the Zoom information. In-person attendees can also register for remote access, should they need to attend virtually on any day of the workshop. Register for the webinar via this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_W7IQoy-5QTySEqI6gqM6pg. Subsequent emails will provide individual webinar links and daily reminders.
To join the dedicated Slack Workspace for the event, use the invitation link: https://join.slack.com/t/adastra-vid4699/shared_invite/zt-46avbvflt-W8gdWOUYDz2ntEJSVJCRWw. Your original registration email can be used for this purpose.
All presenters are requested to upload their talks by August 30th, 11:59pm ET to the Google Drive folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1PbVOTZdqWoMWFQoJW_fq2zW1iLRG1Sjg. Presentations must be in PDF or PowerPoint format and follow the naming convention: Session Name_Last Name_Presentation Title. For MacOS users, convert Keynote presentations to PowerPoint if audio/video is required, or use PDF format otherwise.
Please refer to the updated agenda at: https://conference.ipac.caltech.edu/community2026/page/breakout-sessions to ensure you have uploaded your talk to the correct folder (i.e., day 1, day 2, day 3).
We wish you an engaging and successful workshop experience.
