Elliot Karl Stroud, a Swedish professional footballer, was born on June 22, 2002, in Uddevalla, Sweden. A versatile player, he primarily plays as a left-back or left wing-back, currently representing Premier League club Hull City and the Sweden national team. Stroud, of partial English descent through his father, has chosen to represent Sweden despite holding dual citizenship.

He began his football career at IK Oddevold, his hometown club, and later played for Mjällby AIF before moving to Hull City. Stroud's younger brother, Adam Stroud, is also a professional footballer, having played together at IK Oddevold.
