Ecoboard Industries Bags ₹11-Crore Order, 6-TPD Biogas Plant To Be Completed In Nine Months

Mumbai: Ecoboard Industries Limited has secured a ₹11-crore order to construct a compressed biogas plant for Sudhishiram Renewable Energy Enterprise Private Limited, as per an exchange filing. The contract, awarded in the normal course of business, will see the company build a plant with a processing capacity of six tonnes per day (TPD).

Ecoboard Industries will be responsible for design, procurement, manufacturing, supply, erection, and commissioning of the facility. The order, disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, is domestic and has been awarded by a domestic entity. Ecoboard Industries is expected to complete the project within nine months, following the receipt of the order on August 18, 2026.

The company has not disclosed any details about the project's phase-wise execution schedule, payment milestones, location of the plant, or how the order could impact their revenue or profitability. Ecoboard Industries confirmed there are no related-party interests in the project, making it an arm's-length transaction.
