Beijing hargai kenyataan Anwar berhubung prinsip ‘Satu China’

China praised Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim for steadfastly upholding the principle of "One China". According to China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Lin Jian, expressed through a statement on X on Wednesday, China commends the Malaysian Prime Minister's stance on the Taiwan issue and his firm adherence to the "One China" principle. There is nothing that can prevent the reunification of China, Lin Jian stated. The commitment of the international community to the "One China" principle will not waver.

Responding to Anwar's comments regarding Taiwan during a press conference in Beijing on Wednesday, Lin Jian reiterated that the "One China" principle reflects the popular sentiment and is on the right side. Only there can be one China in the world, and Taiwan is an inseparable part of the Chinese territory, Lin Jian declared via Xinhua. In a recent interview with Al Jazeera, Anwar stated that he views Taiwan as part of China. "It is one China. It is accepted by all," he said.
