Yogi Government’s Gift To Outsourced Personnel Of The Transport Corporation: 5 Percent Increase In Honorarium

Lucknow: The Yogi Government has decided to raise the honorarium of outsourced personnel working in the Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation by 5 percent, effective July. Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Transport Dayashankar Singh announced that this increase applies to Computer Operators, Accountant-cum-Tally Operators, and Programmers.

The government's move aims to provide financial relief and motivate these employees to excel in their roles. A provision exists for a 10 percent annual honorarium increase, with 5 percent increases applied in January and July. Consequently, these personnel will receive the revised honorarium starting July. The Transport Minister emphasized the government's regard for employees' interests, noting that 249 Computer Operators, 35 Accountant-cum-Tally Operators, and 26 Programmers will benefit.

Their honorariums will rise from approximately Rs 20,655 to Rs 21,420 for Computer Operators, Rs 20,000 to Rs 26,000 for Accountant-cum-Tally Operators, and Rs 42,000 to Rs 43,313 for Programmers.
