Who is Mike Caruso's wife, Tracy Stein? His marriage to ex-wife Beverly and their seven children in focus

Mike Caruso, a former Florida House Representative, has been arrested for alleged kidnapping and child molestation of a child younger than 5 years old. This is the latest in a series of alleged violations involving minors, some of which were previously detailed by his ex-wife, Beverly Caruso, in their divorce settlement. Mike Caruso, who served as Palm Beach County's clerk of courts and comptroller, was appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis following his time in the House in 2025.

The arrest has generated attention towards Caruso's personal life, especially his marriage to Tracy Stein Caruso and their seven children.

Tracy Stein Caruso, also known as Tracy Lee Caruso, is Mike Caruso's present wife and a native of New York City. She is the owner/president of Delray Beach Executive Suites, a business specializing in executive offices, and has been active in local civic organizations for many years. Tracy Caruso ran for the position of Delray Beach mayor in 2022 but was unsuccessful.

She was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the Health Care District of Palm Beach County in 2022 and has also worked in other roles such as the Palm Beach County Housing and Finance Authority. It remains unclear if she will step down following the allegations against her husband.

Mike Caruso was originally married to Beverly Caruso for 31 years before their divorce was finalized in 2014. The couple had seven children together – Christy, Michael, Andrew, Caroline, JohnPaul (JP), Kimmy, and Danny. Mike Caruso denies the allegations made against him, stating that they are "false." His ex-wife, Beverly, had initially accused him of sexually abusing a child, a claim he refuted.
