Total Wireless expands Western Union services to stores nationwide

Total Wireless has expanded its partnership with Western Union, bringing financial services to its retail locations nationwide. The services, including money transfers, bill payments, and money orders, are now available at participating Total Wireless stores across the United States, with additional stores rolling out through the end of 2026.

Customers can access these services at standard Western Union rates, with Total Wireless MAX 5G BYO, MAX 5G, and ALL ACCESS plan customers receiving one fee-free Western Union money transfer per month. These services, which customers can redeem through Western Union’s website, mobile app, and participating Total Wireless stores, are located in communities throughout the U.S. Total Wireless President David Kim emphasized the company's commitment to providing everyday financial services alongside reliable 5G connectivity.

Western Union's Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Jesse Mory, noted that the partnership allows customers to send money to over 200 countries and territories through a network of over 360,000 payout locations worldwide. This collaboration aims to meet customers where they already shop, expanding access to reliable, convenient financial services and strengthening Total Wireless' presence in communities where its customers live and work.
