Solange Pays Tribute to Former Co-Star Hayden Panettiere

Solange Knowles has paid tribute to former co-star Hayden Panettiere, who passed away due to cardiac arrest on Sunday. The two starred together in the teen cheerleading film Bring It On: All or Nothing back in 2006. In a series of Instagram posts, Solange shared images from the movie and expressed her condolences. "Rest in peace Hayden," she wrote.

"In peace, because you are so deserving of it." She went on to praise Panettiere's courage in living authentically and truthfully. "We watched your endless quest for vulnerability and healing," Solange added. The tribute acknowledged the impact the movie had on audiences, noting how it reached people in unexpected ways. Panettiere was found unresponsive at a temporary residence in Greenville, South Carolina, at the age of 36.

Her death was mourned by other celebrities, including Connie Britton, Ashlee Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, and Viola Davis.
