'Our Sticky Love' tops Netflix's weekly non-English chart

Netflix's original Korean series "Our Sticky Love" has topped the non-English chart for the week, according to the streaming platform. Despite controversy surrounding one of its lead actors, the show accumulated a total of 7.5 million views during the tracking week ending Sunday. "Our Sticky Love" starred Jung Hae-in and Ha Young as Jang Tae-ha and Go Eun-sae, respectively.

The series follows Jang Tae-ha, a boxing coach who claims to be Go Eun-sae's boyfriend, while she suffers from memory loss and wakes up in the village of Yeot, known for its sticky traditional Korean candy.

"Spooky in Love," a remake of a 2011 horror rom-com, claimed the third spot with 2.7 million views, while the action thriller "Agent Kim Reactivated" secured the ninth position with 1.4 million views. In the English-language film category, the KPop Demon Hunters series maintained its position within the top 10 for the 61st consecutive week, reaching No. 9 with 3.3 million views.
