Board Chairman Ambassador Shuaibu Ahmed made the announcement during the 2024 Surplus Distribution and Claims Celebration Ceremony in Lagos. The event, themed “Promise Kept: Celebrating Takaful’s Commitment to Shared Reward,” honored 22 participants and 2 enrollees who did not file claims on their insurance policies.

Noor Health also distributed surplus payments to its enrollees. The Vice Chairman of Noor Takaful Insurance, Aminu Tukur, explained that the distribution was based on the risk pool's performance after settling claims and obligations.
