Naya Nazimabad, Karachi: Bank Alfalah introduces first one-stop digital ICFC

Karachi witnesses the opening of Pakistan's first Digital Islamic Consumer Finance Centre (ICFC) by Bank Alfalah in Naya Nazimabad. The inauguration, attended by Bank Alfalah's senior management, State Bank Deputy Governor Saleem Ullah, and Arif Habib Group founder Arif Habib, signifies a major advancement in providing integrated Shariah-compliant financial services.

This pioneering centre amalgamates digital consumer financing, an Islamic banking branch, and a self-service digital banking lobby into a unified destination. Customers can pick products, receive personalized advice from qualified merchants, apply for financing online with no paperwork, and finalize banking requirements in one streamlined manner.

Bank Alfalah has also partnered with prominent entities like property developers, solar providers, automotive firms, and consumer brands, enabling customers to compare products and get professional guidance. Bank Alfalah's President and CEO Atif Bajwa expressed that this centre embodies the future of consumer banking in Pakistan, eliminating the need for customers to visit multiple locations or complete extensive paperwork to finance critical life purchases.

"By merging product discovery, expert advisory services, digital financing, and Islamic banking under one roof, we are revolutionizing the customer banking experience while broadening access to Shariah-compliant financial solutions," Bajwa added. The inauguration also marks another significant milestone as Bank Alfalah now boasts 1,200 branches across the country, making it the 451st Islamic Banking branch.
