Bigg Boss 20: Rajat Bedi confirmed; contracts decide how long contestants stay on show

Leading Indian reality show Bigg Boss 20 is set to premiere next month, with Rajat Bedi officially confirmed as a contestant, followed by Niti Taylor in the final stage of discussions. Previously, Geeta Basra, Mahhi Vij, Sunil Pal, Showik Chakraborty, and Jannat Zubair were in talks for the show, with Geeta Basra and Showik Chakraborty now confirmed.

Other potential contestants include Ba***ds Of Bollywood's Rajat Bedi, Niti Taylor, and actress Jennifer Winget, though Jennifer's involvement remains uncertain due to her recent marriage. The contestants are required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and a contract detailing their participation, weekly fees, and minimum guarantees, which guarantee their safety in the game for a specified period.

The contracts also state their obligations if they win the show, which are decided by audience votes after the top 5 or 6 contestants are identified. This season will feature two separate houses, with contestants moving between them if evicted, and the show is set to premiere on 6th September on Jio Hotstar and Colors TV.
