Sky snap a six-game losing streak on the road with an 82-80 victory over the Storm

The Chicago Sky bounced back from a six-game losing streak on the road, defeating the Seattle Storm 82-80 in a game played on Sunday. Leading the charge for the Sky was Kamilla Cardoso, who contributed 22 points and 12 rebounds. Natasha Cloud added 20 points to the Sky's total. Seattle trailed by 16 points with 5:49 remaining in the third quarter, but Dominique Malonga and Jade Melbourne helped the Storm mount a comeback with a 15-4 run that narrowed the gap to 60-55 heading into the fourth quarter.

Despite Seattle's efforts, Courtney Vandersloot sealed the victory for the Sky with two free throws in the final 10 seconds. Vandersloot finished the game with 15 points, five rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Seattle's Malonga contributed 19 points and 13 rebounds, while Fam scored 14 points off the bench. The Sky will host the New York Liberty on Tuesday, while the Storm head to Dallas to face the Wings on Sunday.
