MSBSHSE Maharashtra Board begins applications for HSC examination 2027

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has initiated the registration procedure for the forthcoming Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) February-March 2027 board assessments. All conventional students can submit their application forms through the SARAL platform using the PFN-ID, generated during the previous academic year. The registration window will remain open until October 31.

To fill out the application, the board will extract student information from the FYJC online system. For students in the MCVC and ITI streams without data in the FYJC system, they must submit their details to their respective divisional board. The online registration process will apply to regular students, repeaters, private candidates possessing an enrolment certificate, and eligible students from vocational and other specified groups. Students with an APPAR ID are requested to include it while completing the application form.

The board commenced the registration process on Friday, August 14. Should students fail to register on the SARAL system within the designated deadline, they will be permitted to submit their applications with a late fee from November 1 to November 15. For any further delay in submitting their applications, students will be eligible to pay an additional late fee to submit their applications between November 16 and November 30.

In its official HSC 2027 application notification, the board emphasized crucial points that students must consider while uploading their recent color passport-size photograph along with the application form. The photograph should be submitted in JPG format, ranging between 25 KB and 40 KB in size. The image should be taken within the last six months, clearly showcasing the student's face with both eyes and ears visible.

The uploaded photograph must adhere to the board's prescribed background, appearance, and image-quality requirements. All Class 12 students preparing for the board examination 2027 must complete the application within the announced time frame and thoroughly review all details before submission.
