Harnett County deputies seek kidnapping suspect last seen near Erwin DMV

Harnett County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina is seeking public assistance in locating a 38-year-old white man wanted on kidnapping charges. The suspect, estimated to be around 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 240 pounds, has long brown hair and a distinctive tattoo on his left arm. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, shorts, and Adidas slides with socks, and was last spotted near the Erwin DMV, U.S. 421 South, and the surrounding areas.

Authorities warn the public to avoid approaching the suspect and to immediately report any sightings to 911, providing the person's location and direction of travel if known. The investigation into the man's whereabouts is ongoing.
