Besieged Palestinians in Qusra homes say IDF now blocking them in, fear settlers will return

Israeli settlers have continued their attacks on Palestinians and their property in the West Bank, resulting in several injuries. Wafa reports on numerous incidents. In al-Masoudiya, near Nablus, settlers physically assaulted three Palestinians, sprayed them with pepper spray, and damaged their vehicle. They later targeted the village of al-Mughayyir and its outskirts, confronting locals in Shaab al-Louz without causing any injuries.

Along the Marj Sia plain east of al-Mughayyir, settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles on the road to Abu Falah. In Umm al-Khair, south of Hebron, two women, two men, and a child were injured when settlers stormed the village. Separately, a Palestinian citizen's vehicle was attacked in Masafer Yatta, with settlers throwing stones at it but inflicting no injuries.

In Wadi al-Rakhim, south of Yatta, settlers vandalized a Palestinian family's home. In Khirbet al-Hummus, under Israeli soldier protection, settlers released livestock near Palestinian homes and prevented residents from leaving their houses. Settlers in Jabal Mufid, south of Jenin, grazed their sheep on Palestinian lands and attacked residents.

On Saturday, settlers disrupted Qusra municipality's efforts to restore electricity to homes under siege for a week, detaining three crew members. Over the past four months, 2,256 attacks have been documented, with 1,458 by Israeli forces and 798 by settlers, according to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.
