The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the provisional answer key for the UGC-NET June 2026 examination today, August 16, 2026. Candidates who took the test can check their answer key on the official UGC-NET website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in. On August 14, NTA announced that the provisional answer keys for UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, ICAR AIEEA (PG) and AICE (PhD) 2026 would be published on August 16. Candidates must rely only on official NTA communications.

Once the answer key is released, candidates can compare their responses with the provisional answers and compute their estimated scores. NTA will also open an objection window for candidates who notice errors in the questions or answers. The agency will disclose the objection dates, challenge fee and other relevant instructions along with the provisional answer key.
