Full list of NPP regional chairmen-elect

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) held regional executive elections on August 15, 2023, to reorganize its structures ahead of the 2028 general elections. The party's delegates elected new regional chairmen across various regions, with results pending in a few instances.

In the Western Region, Ignatius Kwesi Afrifa was elected as the new chairman. Alhaji Iddrisu Sulemana secured the position in the Savannah Region. The Bono Region elected Kwame Baffoe Abronye as its regional chairman. Greater Accra Region saw Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye elected as its new chairman. In the Ashanti Region, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah was selected as the regional chairman.

The Eastern Region elected Jeff Konadu Addo as its regional chairman, while Joseph Kobinah Esibu was chosen as the representative for the Central Region. Robert Sarfo Mensah was elected chairman for the Ahafo Region, and Mohammed Baatima Adam (Samba) was elected in the Northern Region.

The North East Region elected Alhaji Mohammed Fuseini as its regional chairman, and Elvis Figo Awonekai was chosen for the Upper East Region. Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman was elected regional chairman for the Upper West Region, and Makafui Kofi Woanyah was selected for the Volta Region.

The Oti Region and Bono East Region had their results pending as of the initial report. These elections are part of the NPP's efforts to strengthen its regional structures, rebuild its grassroots base, and position the party for the upcoming 2028 general elections. The newly elected regional chairmen are expected to work with their respective executives to lead the party's mobilization, reorganization, and electoral preparations over the next phase of its political activities.
