Discord Ticket Bot

Introducing the Discord Ticket Bot, a free and self-hosted solution for support teams. By running this bot on your own server, you ensure that all ticket data remains secure and never leaves your premises. The bot offers up to 25 ticket types, each customizable with its own emoji, color, category, and modal questionnaire. The questionnaire can consist of up to five questions, allowing for thorough and tailored support.

Additional features include a claim system to prioritize tickets, staff notes for detailed communication, canned responses for quick replies, and broadcast functionality to inform team members about ticket status. Transcripts of conversations are provided in self-contained HTML format, with avatars automatically embedded as Base64, making them easily accessible. These transcripts can be hosted behind a public link, optionally under your own domain.

The bot also allows users to rate support interactions on a 1 to 5 star scale after tickets are closed, providing valuable feedback. Inactive tickets can be auto-closed after a set period, and staff reminders can be sent to keep important tickets from being overlooked. The bot operates on SQLite with minimal setup or on MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL databases for more advanced users.

An optional built-in web dashboard offers comprehensive ticket management, statistics, configuration options, and bot control through a web browser. Users can log in using Discord OAuth, and per-role permissions ensure tailored access levels. The bot supports seven languages out of the box and does not engage in telemetry, aligning with privacy-focused practices.
