What went wrong between Real Housewives of Lagos’ Diiadem, Dabota ?

The friendship between The Real Housewives of Lagos stars Adeola "Diiadem" Adeyemi and Dabota Lawson once thrived, but has now turned into a public social-media feud, both women accusing each other of various issues. Both businesswomen were introduced on the third season of the show and often appeared together, supporting each other's businesses.

However, their relationship recently deteriorated, with Diiadem accusing Dabota of involvement in spreading information about her through bloggers and demanding the return of a ₦5m transfer. Dabota responded, challenging Diiadem to specify what she believed she did wrong and denying any wrongdoing. The dispute has since spread beyond the two women, with social media posts and blogs circulating screenshots of their Snapchat exchanges.
