정려원 “빈소 비틀스 노래에 울어”…안판석 감독 별세에 추모 이어져

The late ‘‘거장’’ director 안판석 is being mourned by his fellow actors following his passing. In a heartfelt Instagram post on the 14th, 정려원 expressed gratitude for the spark the late director ignited within the hearts of many actors, particularly in the drama ‘졸업’ where they collaborated. 정려원 shared a picture with the late director, stating that the ‘1st’ badge he bestowed gave him a sense of accomplishment, and that being present was what made the filming enjoyable.

He also reflected on how being present in the moment helped him see the essence of the project. 정려원 noted that experiencing 비틀스 songs from 빈소 reminded him of shedding tears. Meanwhile, 배우 김희애 shared a photo from the set of ‘졸업’ on her Instagram, praising the director for creating a happy environment despite the serious nature of the work.

She expressed gratitude for the director's recognition of her acting and the opportunity to collaborate with him twice, on ‘아내의 자격’ (2012) and ‘밀회’ (2014). 김희애 thanked the director for his belief in her and for being a mentor like a father. 차강윤, another cast member, also shared a touching message on Instagram, calling the late director a ‘sage father figure’ and expressing deep emotion over his support throughout his career.

He wished to respect the director’s wishes to continue achieving in the industry, saying he would return to the ‘백숙집’ (the chef's restaurant) with the late director. ‘하얀거탑’ (2007), ‘밥 잘 사주는 예쁜 누나’ (2018), and ‘봄밤’ (2019) are just a few of the numerous acclaimed dramas created by the late director, who passed away on the 12th. The funeral will be held at the Seoul University Hospital funeral parlor on the 15th at 9:30 AM.
