Russian FM Lavrov threatens tougher tactics, signals war will continue
Moscow will make its "methods much tougher" in order to "destroy everything" the West does to help strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview with the Russian state propaganda broadcaster VGTRK, published on Aug. 14.
