Railway Additional Divisional Railway Manager Ramesh informed that the drainage infrastructure would be expanded to accommodate an additional 25 cubic metres of flow.
The funds were sanctioned this year, and the remaining works are expected to be completed after the monsoon. Efforts are also being made to prevent waste from entering the drainage system.
