Maresca on Rodri’s future and rules out Enzo bid before deadline

Rodri has expressed his satisfaction with his current situation, and Maresca has reiterated that they won't make a move for him.

Chelsea are reportedly set to have a deadline of 5pm on August 14th for clubs to try and sign Fernandez. Maresca has stated that the club isn't considering a bid for the Argentine player before that deadline. Tijani Reijnders, another player linked to leaving Manchester City, is reportedly set to be completed a deal with Al-Qadsiah in the Saudi Pro League.

When asked about trying to convince Reijnders to stay, Maresca acknowledged the difficulty in convincing players to remain when they are already set on a course of action.
