Man Arrested in Texas For Cussing at a County Meeting

Early Wednesday morning, police arrested EJ Carrion, a local radio host and political activist, in Fort Worth, Texas, for allegedly disrupting a city meeting a week prior with his use of the word "bullshit". Carrion, who is known for his activism against a plan to reduce the number of polling places, was pulled over for not using a turn signal and subsequently arrested on charges of disrupting a meeting.

The plan to reduce polling places has been a source of tension between Carrion and city officials. Carrion, a podcast host and EdTech entrepreneur, has been vocal in his opposition to the plan, attending numerous public meetings to voice his concerns.
