Ishaq Dar, Finance Minister, FBR Chairman Recommended for Top Civil Awards

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, along with Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, and FBR Chairman Rashid Mahmood Langrial are among the top contenders for Pakistan's prestigious civil awards in 2026. Dar and Aurangzeb have been nominated for the esteemed Nishan-i-Imtiaz, while Langrial has been recommended for the Hilal-i-Imtiaz.

This list of recommendations also features Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Establishment and Economic Affairs Minister Ahad Khan Cheema, and Finance Secretary Imdadullah Bosal, among others, for the Nishan-i-Imtiaz. Attorneys General, Finance Secretaries, and Intelligence Bureau Directors General are also among those suggested for the prestigious award.

These recommendations are part of the proposed Pakistan Civil Awards 2026 list, awaiting formal approval before the awards are officially presented.
