Hala Summer Shopping Festival running until August 31

Doha, Qatar is currently hosting the Hala Summer Shopping Festival, running from August 1 to 31. The month-long event brings together top malls and restaurants from the Taste of Qatar network for a series of shopping, dining, entertainment, and promotional activities.

Among the nine participating malls are Place Vendôme, which showcases Parisian-inspired architecture, luxury shopping, dining, and a unique waterfront experience with a canal and dancing fountains. Doha Festival City in Umm Salal Mohammed combines shopping, dining, and family entertainment, featuring attractions like Angry Birds World and Snow Dunes. Mall of Qatar in Al Rayyan boasts an indoor Oasis, mixing retail, dining, and entertainment with live performances.

Villaggio Mall in Aspire Zone features Venetian-inspired interiors, an indoor canal, and gondola rides, creating a memorable family outing. City Center Doha in West Bay offers convenient shopping and dining, while Landmark Mall in Al Gharrafa combines traditional Qatari architecture with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Doha Mall in Abu Hamour presents a contemporary mix of shopping, dining, and family entertainment, and Hyatt Plaza in Al Waab remains a family favorite with children's entertainment near Aspire Zone attractions.

Visitors who spend a minimum of QR200 at participating destinations can have their receipts stamped and exchange them for a raffle coupon. Each stamped receipt can be redeemed only once, with raffle draws occurring throughout August offering various prizes. The festival is part of the broader Hala Summer campaign, highlighting Qatar's status as a family-friendly destination for entertainment, hospitality, shopping, and dining.
