Firearm recovered as police arrest suspect in Marsabit

In Marsabit County, police have made an arrest and recovered an AK-47 rifle, according to a tip-off from the public. The Turbi Police Station officers received the information and apprehended the suspect in Turbi Bubisa Sub-County. The individual was taken to the police station and detained pending arraignment in court. The recovered firearm and its 11 rounds of ammunition have been preserved as evidence while investigators work to determine their origin and purpose.
