Fernando Mendoza: It was a good experience to get my feet wet

Fernando Mendoza, the No. 1 overall pick, gave a solid preseason debut on Thursday night in a game against the Cardinals. He played a significant portion of the Raiders' offensive snaps, making 10-of-16 passes for 97 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions. In addition, Mendoza rushed twice for six yards.
