Border Guard in Asir arrests three Ethiopians for smuggling 63 kg of khat

Saudi border patrol officials in the Raboua area of Asir have prevented the smuggling of 63 kilograms of the narcotic plant khat and arrested three Ethiopian nationals. The security forces conducted land patrols in the Raboua sector of Asir, thwarting an attempt to transport the contraband across the border. Once apprehended, the three Ethiopians were taken into custody, and initial legal procedures were initiated.

The seized khat was handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation and potential prosecution.
