An Air India Airbus A320 briefly lost key flight controls during a 300-foot altitude drop earlier this month. The incident injured 24 people aboard the aircraft. The plane was operating flight AI2379 from Phuket to Delhi on August 4. It later landed safely in Delhi despite the serious incident.
