2027: Tinubu dragged before EU Commission over ‘certificate forgery’ [VIDEO]

In Brussels, Kalu Kalu, a lawyer and chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, has filed a petition with the European Union Commission against President Bola Tinubu. Kalu alleges that Tinubu has used forged academic credentials to bypass constitutional requirements for the 2027 general elections. He claims that Tinubu failed to disclose the name of his primary and secondary school, which violates Sections 137 of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution, as amended.

Kalu argues that Tinubu's actions constitute a subversion of Nigeria's constitutional order. He contends that the forged documents submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) made Tinubu ineligible to run in the 2027 general elections, as stated in Section 137 of the constitution. Kalu emphasized that Tinubu's actions demonstrate a clear attempt to impose his will on Nigeria, thereby undermining the provisions of the Federal Republic of Nigeria's Constitution.
