YSRCP’s assembly boycott to continue in monsoon session

The Telugu Desam Party, Jana Sena Party, and Bharatiya Janata Party, all part of the ruling coalition government in Andhra Pradesh, have jointly urged their supporters not to fall prey to the opposition YSR Congress party's tactics of creating discord among the coalition partners through fake social media posts. In a statement issued on behalf of the NDA social media coordination committee, the three parties warned their leaders, workers, and constituents against falling into the trap set by the YSRCP and advised them not to engage in infighting.

The NDA social media coordination committee claimed that the YSRCP was operating fictitious social media accounts posing as supporters of different alliance parties to provoke clashes and damage the reputation of alliance leaders. They alleged that these fake accounts were used to launch personal attacks, make derogatory remarks, and spread misinformation about the development and welfare programs implemented by the coalition government.

The committee urged alliance supporters to refrain from impulsive reactions to suspicious social media posts and to report such content to their respective party leaderships for appropriate action. They also requested alliance supporters to refrain from excessive criticism, personal attacks, and abusive remarks against leaders of partner parties, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the unity of the NDA.
