Report: Seattle Seahawks signing former Lions CB Terrion Arnold

Former Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold is reportedly signing with the Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks, according to multiple reports. Arnold was released by the Lions earlier in the offseason following an arrest and eight felony charges. The Lions' general manager, Joe Campbell, expressed regret about the decision to release Arnold, stating that they had drafted him and wanted to keep him.

Arnold spent two seasons with the Lions, playing in 24 games and recording 91 tackles, 18 passes defended, and one interception. He is expected to join the Seahawks, where he will compete with D.J. Reed and Rock Ya-Sin for starting cornerback positions, with Nick Whiteside and Ennis Rakestraw likely to serve as the primary backups.
