Qatar achieves over 93% trainee satisfaction across 740 civil service programmes in H1 2026

Doha, Qatar - The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB) announced that the Institute of Public Administration has achieved an impressive trainee satisfaction rate of 93.6 percent across 740 specialised training programmes delivered to 13,969 government employees in the first half of 2026. This high level of satisfaction demonstrates the quality, relevance, and modern design of the Institute's training offerings, which are tailored to meet the evolving needs of state ministries and government agencies.

The Institute's success is built on a competency-based professional development framework, with programmes divided into three primary tracks: Behavioral Competencies focusing on communication, problem-solving, ethics, and collaboration; Technical Competencies providing specialised domain knowledge, digital tools, and operational skills; and Leadership Competencies aimed at developing strategic planning, change management, innovation, and decision-making capabilities for supervisory and executive staff.

By aligning training outcomes with institutional objectives, CGB aims to create a highly agile, future-ready public workforce capable of driving administrative excellence.
