Passenger train derails, flips on side near UK's Lewes; rail routes disrupted

A passenger train derailed and flipped onto its side near Lewes, located in East Sussex, southern England, on Thursday, causing disruptions to multiple rail routes in the area. Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander expressed gratitude to the emergency services for their support and stated that they are working swiftly with the rail industry and local partners to assist those affected.
