KARACHI: The investigation into the murder of young businessman Mir Raza Ali has enlisted the support of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) to unlock the deceased's digital footprint, according to sources. Mir Raza, an IBA graduate and owner of the Wafflix eatery, went missing on July 28 and his body was discovered a day later near Shahi Qila Ground in Gulistan-i-Jauhar.
A seven-member team, led by DIG Amir Farooqui, is currently investigating the case. Authorities aim to retrieve Raza’s "digital records / WhatsApp account details" through the NCCIA, as they believe this could shed light on any suspicious activity.
