Bayside Sports School Dads Football Championship Season 8 Deliver Thrilling Action In Mumbai

Mumbai, August 2026 - The Bayside Sports School Dads Football Championship – Season 8 recently concluded at Astro Park, Bandra, after a month-long celebration of football, competition and community. Organized by Bayside Sports, the tournament featured 12 school teams and approximately 140-150 fathers participating in the league and knockout stages.

The championship comprised a three-tier competition format, with teams divided into two groups based on their performances. The league stage saw some strong performances, with OIS Kingsmen finishing at the top in Group A, followed by JBCN Legends FC and Scottish Strikers FC in Group B. A total of 121 goals were scored during the league matches, showcasing the attacking nature of the championship.

The Platinum, Gold and Silver Knockouts saw intense competition between the teams. In the Platinum Knockouts, Don Bosco International emerged victorious over OIS Kingsmen, while JNS 49ers defeated JBCN Legends in the Gold Knockouts. The Silver Knockouts featured Tridads, AVM FC and ABWA Playmakers.

Season 8 produced some outstanding individual performances, with Golden Boot award going to Homruz Bana from Don Bosco International for scoring 9 goals, Golden Glove to Vineet Gangwani of Don Bosco International for recording 4 clean sheets, and Most Valuable Player to Rohan Desai from JNS 49ers. The Finals Day on 11th August 2026 added entertainment value to the championship, featuring an Influencers vs Bayside Sports Invitational Football Match that showcased football skills and freestyle performances.

Bayside Sports School Dads Football Championship – Season 8 has brought together sport, school spirit, and family life, offering fathers an opportunity to represent their children's schools and compete with fellow parents.
