Pacers-Knicks matchup in NBA Cup play will be televised on Prime

The NBA Cup group play schedule for the 2026-27 season was announced on Wednesday, providing Pacers fans with two home games against teams likely to win the Eastern Conference. One of these games, against the defending NBA champion New York Knicks, will be broadcast nationally on Amazon Prime. The Pacers will host the Knicks at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on November 13th at 7 p.m., marking a rematch of the 2025 Eastern Conference Finals.

On November 27th, the Pacers will play the Philadelphia 76ers at 7:30 p.m., featuring LeBron James and Jaylen Brown in their new uniforms following free agency and trade moves. The Pacers begin the NBA Cup play on October 30th on the road against the Miami Heat, where they will face Giannis Antetokounmpo, newly traded from the Heat.

The Pacers are part of a challenging group of teams that all reached the postseason last year. The other teams in the group are the Knicks, Cavaliers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Miami Heat. The group is known as one of the toughest due to the Pacers' franchise-worst 19-63 finish last season, with their point guard Tyrese Haliburton out for the season due to a torn Achilles tendon.

The winners of the groups and a wildcard team from each conference will advance to the knockout round on December 4th and 5th. Semifinals will be held on December 8th and 9th, and the championship game will be played on December 11th at Butler's Hinkle Fieldhouse.
