Microsoft Edge Browser to Get Apple Account Sign-In Support

Microsoft Edge's Canary build has introduced two new flags for Apple Account sign-in support, according to recent reports. The first flag, Apple Sign-In Button on Profile Menu, displays an Apple sign-in button within the profile menu. The second flag, Sign in with Apple (#edge-swag-m1-apple), triggers the sign-in process when enabled.

Both features are contingent on the activation of "Sign in with Apple (#edge-swag-m1-apple)." The feature is set to roll out gradually to both Windows and macOS users through Edge Beta version 152, although Microsoft has indicated that the rollout is controlled, and may not be accessible to all users immediately. Once implemented, Apple account holders will be able to sign in to their Edge profile without needing a separate Microsoft Account.
