‘It’s weakness, I hate it’ – Mourinho tackles Guardiola over sabbatical

Real Madrid's manager, José Mourinho, has publicly criticized his former colleague, Pep Guardiola, for taking a sabbatical after his decade-long stint at Manchester City. Guardiola recently announced that he is currently on a break from coaching, having previously taken a break after four years at Barcelona. The Portuguese manager expressed his disdain for the term 'sabbatical,' stating that it represents weakness in his eyes. "I hate that word. For me, sabbatical means weakness. Don’t speak with me about sabbaticals. I never need a rest. I will have a rest when God decides to say, ‘Come up.'” Mourinho also commented on his own future in football, hinting that he plans to continue his career for at least ten more years.
