Hanseatic Global Terminals announces new general managers for Florida International Terminal and Terminal Marítima Mazatlán

Hanseatic Global Terminals has appointed new general managers for two of its terminals in Latin America. Effective September 1, Mauricio Ortiz will assume the role at Florida International Terminal (FIT), while Cristián Ortega will take over at Terminal Marítima Mazatlán (TMAZ).

Ortiz, a Commercial Engineer with a Master's in Finance and an MBA, brings 16 years of experience within the group. He joined Hanseatic Global Terminals in 2010 and has held various roles, including commercial manager and operations director at TMAZ since 2013. Ortiz's main challenge at FIT will be driving a new phase of growth.

Cristián Ortega, who succeeds Ortiz at TMAZ, will continue the development of operations in Mexico. He holds a degree in Commercial Engineering and an MBA, and has been with the group since 2011. At TMAZ, he has served as Head of Projects and Strategic Planning since 2018.

Hanseatic Global Terminals' CEO, Rodrigo Galleguillos, emphasized the company's commitment to strengthening leadership and generating growth opportunities for its internal talent.
