Google Pixel 11 Series, Pixel Watch 5, Pixel Tag: Specs, Features, Price, Release Date

The Google Pixel 11 series, featuring the Pixel Watch 5, has been announced with several hardware changes and software upgrades. Preorders for these new devices opened today, and they will go on sale on August 20. However, the price of these devices has increased, with the Pixel 11 starting at $899 and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold priced at $1,900, which is a $100 price bump from the previous model.

Despite the price increase, Google has made some improvements in the devices, such as increasing the base storage to 256 GB on all devices, matching the storage capacity of Samsung's and Apple's latest handsets.

The Pixel 11 series is powered by Google's Tensor G6 chipset, which is 20% more power efficient, 25% faster for browsing, and 15% faster when loading apps. The camera improvements in the new devices are primarily due to the improved imaging signal processor on the chip and a 50% more powerful tensor processing unit. A significant design change across the entire Pixel 11 series is the all-glass surface oval camera bar on the back, which is more than 40% thinner than its predecessors.

This camera bar disappears completely when you attach Google's case, making the device look seamless. The Pixel 11 comes in striking colors like Hibiscus, while the other models come in more muted hues like Pistachio, Frost, and Obsidian.
