General Tax Authority launches online meeting booking service through 'Dhareeba' Platform

Doha, Qatar - The General Tax Authority (GTA) has introduced an online meeting booking service via the Dhareeba Platform. This initiative is part of the GTA's digital transformation efforts to improve communication with taxpayers and simplify access to services.

According to a GTA statement, the service allows taxpayers to request meetings with the Authority to address tax-related inquiries. It provides a structured method for taxpayers to communicate directly with relevant departments and specialists.

Taxpayers can choose a suitable meeting time and specify the meeting topic in advance. They also need to provide relevant data, information, and documents related to the matter to be discussed. This enables the respective department to review the request, prepare for the meeting, and offer guidance more accurately and efficiently.

To use the service, taxpayers must log in to the "Dhareeba" Platform and register through the National Authentication System "Tawtheeq". After that, they can submit the meeting request electronically. The request is then directed to the relevant department or specialist, and taxpayers can track its status electronically.
