Afghanistan to 'host' India for three-match T20I series in Delhi

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) is set to host India in a three-match T20I series in Delhi in September, marking a significant milestone in the cricketing relationship between the two nations, the BCCI has confirmed. This will be the first time Afghanistan has hosted India for a T20I series since they played their first-ever Test in India in 2018.

The matches are scheduled to take place between September 13 and 17 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia expressed delight at the opportunity to support the Afghanistan Cricket Board in hosting this series, highlighting the strong bond and regular bilateral engagements between the two teams.
